Shipping

Neil Dahl Jewelers ships using USPS. All items can be expected to arrive within 7-10 days of purchase. Personalized and customized items have a 2-3 week lead time and will be shipped via USPS upon completion. For rush order inquiries, please contact customercare@neildahljewelers.com.

Neil Dahl Jewelers does not currently ship outside the United States. Neil Dahl Jewelers cannot ship addresses otherwise inaccessible to USPS.

Return Policy

At Neil Dahl Jewelers, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest quality pieces, and we strive to satisfy every customer. Non-personalized items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds. To request an exchange or store credit, please contact customercare@neildahljewelers.com.

All personalized items and items marked “final sale” are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Maintenance

All jewelry is subject to normal wear and tear. However, if you find an issue with your item upon delivery, please contact customercare@neildahljewelers.com for a replacement item.

Neil Dahl Jewelers takes care of all repairs for issues that occur within 120 days of purchase. Repairs on issues that occur after the 120 warranty period will be subject to a repair fee depending on the nature of the repair. Please contact customercare@neildahljewelers.com for all repair inquiries, and include the name of the item you purchased, the date of purchase, an explanation of the issues and a photograph of the damage. Neil Dahl Jewelers reserves the right to charge for a repair inflicted within 120 days after purchase if we believe the item was intentionally damaged or misused.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted via email only and must be received before the item is shipped. To cancel your order, please email customercare@neildahljewelers.com to cancel an item ordered online. Customized items may not be cancelled.

Neil Dahl Jewelers is unable to cancel orders once the order has been shipped.

Jewelry Care

To protect your pieces, Neil Dahl Jewelers recommends taking your jewelry off for activities such as exercising, swimming, and showering. To have your jewelry professionally cleaned, please contact customercare@neildahljewelers.com.
